CEREMONY AND RECEPTION
The ceremony will take place at the Audubon Zoo at 7PM. It will be held at the Elephant fountain, located just inside the main entrance. The reception will take place afterward at the Audubon Zoo Cajun Ballroom. For transportation, a motor coach will be provided for all out of town guests. It will be leaving the Iberville Suites/Ritz Carleton at 6PM and will be returning at 11PM.
**In the event of rain, the ceremony will take place at the Cajun Ballroom.**
HOTELS
Please feel free to stay where ever you prefer, there are many hotels in the French Quarter area, all within walking distance of each other.
Iberville Suites
The wedding party will be staying at the Iberville Suites in the French Quarter.
Ritz Carlton
The Ritz Carlton and Iberville Suites are the same building. All services (gym, spa, breakfast, etc) are available to both hotels.
AIRPORT
The hotel is 30 – 45 minutes from Louis Armstrong International Airport (MSY).
Airport Shuttle Service
Service provided by Airport Shuttle New Orleans
From Louis Armstrong International Airport: follow the signs inside the airport to "Baggage Claim." Airport Shuttle has a kiosk located in the baggage claim area. Reservations are not needed from the airport. The cost is $20 one way or $38 round trip. Rates do not include gratuity. Roundtrip tickets may be purchased at the airport before departing. The shuttle makes multiple stops in Downtown New Orleans. If the return trip is not booked at the airport, the Concierge may assist passengers in booking their return given at least 24 hours notice prior to the departure time. The return airport shuttle will provide pick-up at least 2 hours in advance of the departure flight.
Taxis
From Louis Armstrong International Airport:
- Follow the signs inside the airport to "Baggage Claim."
- Outside the baggage claim area, there is a small booth where passengers will be directed to queue for the next available cab.
- The flat rate to Downtown New Orleans is $33 for one or two passengers.
- $14 will be added to the standard fare for each additional passenger.
- Rates do not include gratuity.
- All accept cash and major credit cards.
